Frequently asked questions
Does FlorilegIA read my conversations?
No. It only keeps what you choose to save, at the moment you click. For a conversation, it keeps its link, its name and your note, never the messages.
Where is my data stored?
On the free plan, only on your computer. With Pro or Team, an encrypted copy is also stored in the European Union for sync: nobody but you can read it, us included.
What if I lose access to my account?
Your Recovery Kit contains your recovery key. With it, you get everything back on a new device. Without it, nobody can decrypt your data: that is the price of real privacy.
Which AIs does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Mistral (Le Chat), Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI and Poe. FlorilegIA is not affiliated with any of these services.
What about Edge, Brave or Firefox?
FlorilegIA works on Chrome and on browsers that accept Chrome extensions, such as Edge and Brave. Firefox is planned for later.
What happens if I stop Pro?
Nothing is deleted from your computer. You keep 20 answers, 10 conversations and 10 prompts at hand, favourites first then the most recent; the rest goes “beyond the Free plan” and comes back as soon as you resume Pro. Your online copy is kept as long as your account exists.
What does Team add to Pro?
Prompt and answer sharing by group, an admin to manage members and rights, mandatory two-factor authentication, a single invoice, and data that stays with the company when someone leaves. From 2 members.
